Option 1 — Delete inside the app
- 1Open the Spiko app on your Android device.
- 2Go to the Profile tab.
- 3Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4Confirm the action. Your account and all learning data will be permanently removed.

Delete your Spiko account
You can permanently delete your Spiko account and all associated data at any time. Choose the option that works best for you.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.

- Your account (email, username, hashed password).
- All learning progress, streaks, hearts and vocabulary mastery state.
- Any settings or preferences tied to your account.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 90 days for reliability purposes.
How long does it take?
In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are handled within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 12(3).
